The whole line is made up of a series of special equipment, such as open and double flat blanking, stretching, flush, cleaning, necking, punching, bottle throwing, ring welding, medium frequency annealing, water pressure, shot removing rust, electrostatic spraying, angle valve installation, air tightness test, printing and so on. The line is transported from the cylinder head to the finished product to the finished warehouse by chain roller, which reduces the number of semi-finished products and finished products in the production process of the steel cylinder, and forms the production line operation, thus reducing the labor intensity of the workers and raising the productivity.
