The KPJ series hydraulic lifting rail transfer trolley solves a problem that an ordinary flat transfer cart leaves open: the load has to arrive at exactly the right height, not merely at the right place. Instead of booking a crane call or shimming a die every time tooling is moved, the operator raises the scissor platform 300 mm, slides the workpiece across the hardened deck and finds the machine infeed already level. A 10 ton rated platform rides on four forged steel wheels with double row tapered bearings, travels at up to 25 m per minute along the plant rail and repeats the same lift position within 1 mm, cycle after cycle, shift after shift.
Traction and lifting are deliberately separated on this cart. The geared motor and the hydraulic power pack sit on independent sub-frames, so changing a seal on the lift circuit never disturbs the drive alignment, and a motor swap never requires bleeding the cylinders. Because the lift is part of the cart rather than a separate table, floor space is released, the docking step disappears from the operator's task list and the risk of a load being pushed across an open gap is removed entirely.

Standard control is a frequency inverter drive with soft start and stop, which keeps a 10 ton load from rocking when the cart accelerates at the end of a bay. Optional equipment includes laser anti-collision sensors for narrow aisles, a rail end stop interlock, an audible travel alarm, a strobe beacon for high traffic areas and a pendant with a height preset selector that stores up to four docking levels. For foundry and coating plants the electrical cabinet can be supplied with an IP65 enclosure and the hydraulic oil circuit can be fitted with a cooler for continuous duty cycles.
These carts are used where a load must be positioned in three dimensions rather than two. Typical installations include press tooling changeover, die spotting in stamping shops, mould loading on injection moulding machines, roll changes on coil processing lines, work piece presentation to welding robots and the feeding of blast or coating cabinets that require the part to sit at a fixed working height. Steel fabricators use the lift function to mate flanges with pipe spools, while maintenance departments use the same cart to withdraw gearboxes and pumps from beneath installed equipment without dismantling surrounding pipework.
Each trolley is assembled, wired and pressure tested before shipment, then run for two hours with a rated test load while travel speed, lift height and braking distance are recorded. The unit is then split into deck, chassis and power pack modules, protected with rust preventive film, wrapped in stretch film and packed in a plywood case sized for a 40 foot container. A documentation set covering electrical schematics, hydraulic circuit diagrams, a spare parts list and an operating manual in English travels with every cart, and commissioning support by video call is included in the standard package.
