This machine is for our Qatar customer. 

He use this machine to bend the door frame, because of door frame is complicated with many

times bending, therefore, in order to improove production speed, we suggest they choose 4+1 

axis CNC machine:Y1,Y2,X,R+ worktable crowning system

The customer workpiece is below pic: Material is mild steel, when we test, we use stainless steel

In this picture, the key point is the groove/channel, it is the most difficult, the customer weld this part.

Now, by our machine, we use our machine and sepcial design molds/ tooling, now it is the whole piece,

The customer does not need to weld any more.
