I.Profile

The machine mainly used for drilling processing of H-beam, U-beam, Box-beam. The position and feeding of 3 spindle all adopt servo motor driven, adopt PROFINET bus control, trolley conveyor, high efficiency and accuracy.

Adopt CAD drawing, U-flash transfer program, and course of processing convenient and visualization, realize CAD/CAM processing, instead of artificial marking and drilling template. Greatly improved efficiency and accuracy, and shorten the preparation period, features automation, high-precision, multi-standard, mass production.

 

II.Machine features

Machine mainly composed of Machine Body, CNC sliding Table (3pcs), Drilling Spindle Box (3pcs), Clamping Device, Detecting Device, Tool magazine (4 tools x 3 magazines), Trolley Conveyor, Auto Chip Conveyor, Cooling Device, Lubrication System, Hydraulic System, Electric System and etc.

 

  1. Main frame

The main frame alternate name rack, it’s the base of machine, directly effect the rigidity of machine, frame structure, grey cast iron, artificial aging treatment to reduce deformation, well to ensure the rigidity of the machine, stability, to ensure the accuracy of the machine.

 

  1. CNC sliding table

The three sliding table are Fixed Unit, Moveable Unit and Middle Unit. Three sliding table have similar structure, all composed of slide carriage, sliding table and servo driven system.

 

Three sliding table have 9 CNC axis’s in all, 3 of them control feeding, and the other 6 for positioning. Each axis adopts precision linear guide rail, AC servo motor, Ball-screw, ensure position precision.

 

  1. Drilling spindle box

Three spindle box install on three sliding table for horizontal and vertical drilling. Each drilling spindle can drill independently and simultaneously. Spindle box adopt gray iron, high rigidity, small deformation.

 

In the three spindle box there’re three BT40 precision spindles from Taiwan. Spindle has high precision , radial run-out(vibrate) of spindle end ≤0.008mm, equipped 45° four disc claw broach mechanism. On the top of precision spindle equip hydraulic pressurization drill bit cylinder and high-pressure rotary joint. Drill bit cylinder can fast loosen drill holder. High-pressure rotary joint can connect cooling lubrication liquid, which go through inner bore of spindle, rivet holes, BT40 drill holder inner hole, drill bit centre bore, directly spray to drilling position, this is necessary for high-speed drilling, improve bit using life, and improve roughness of hole.

 

The user prepares the high speed tool holder:

  1. Clamping device.

Adopt hydraulic clamping, 6 hydraulic cylinders in all in horizontal and vertical direction. Fixed side there’re 2 hydraulic cylinders for vertical compression, the moveable side is the same. In horizontal direction is 1 hydraulic cylinder pushing the moveable side for clamping, guided by rail.

 

  1. Detection device

The upper unit and moveable unit installed detection cylinder, examine the width of web and height of flange before processing. According with the examining result calculate the actual center of Beam, then confirm the drilling position, ensure the symmetrical distribution of holes on the beam.

 

  1. Trolley conveyor

Trolley conveyor adopts gear rack driven mechanism. Driven motor through high precision reducer, gear rack movement, the trolley conveyor transport the beam to accurate processing position ,reduce beam’s movement in feeding direction during drilling, improve processing accuracy.

 

  1. Auto chip conveyor and cooling device.

Under the processing area there’s chain-plate type auto chip conveyor. Chip conveyor bottom there’s chip remove bucket, pull out which when fulfilled and dump. Cooling system adopt air-mist cooling cooling, each drilling spindle equipped outside cooling nozzle and inner cooling joint, choose according with drilling needs.

 

  1. Lubrication system

The machine equipped auto lubrication device, which automatically lubricate the ball screw, gear rack rail fully and reliably according with setting time, avoid lots of human operation, improved service life of various parts.

 

  1. CNC control system

(1) In terms of hardware, the electrical control system of this equipment is Siemens motion controller and servo system. The entire system is connected via PROFINET bus.

 

The system has the following advantages:

1) PROFINET is the Ethernet bus system of Siemens. It is still a few high-end applications in China. The more number of axes, the more convenient for bus control. The equipment has 12 servo positioning axes in total ( each 3 for moving and feeding, 9 in total, 2 for feeding truck and clamp level adjustment, 1 for web supporter moving), 3 spindles also use servo motors, which provides precise orientation for tool change.

 

2) All CNC axes under bus control use full digital communication to transmit signals. The feed speed and target value can be set arbitrarily through the bus. The running status of each axis can also be monitored through the bus.

 

3) Since the control and feedback signals are transmitted through the bus, the whole system wiring is very simple, without complicated signal line, and the maintenance is extremely convenient.

4) The bus control system is very open, can control any moving by programming, and can modify the positioning target value in real time, so it can realize the real-time correction of web width and web height detection.

 

5) The bus has strong anti-interference and high precision. Because it adopts all-digital communication, it overcomes the defects of the traditional pulse and analog transmission.

 

6) The control system supports MODBUS/TCP, so it is convenient to monitor the operation of the whole device on the host computer through the network.

 

7) The rated voltage of the servo motor under the system is three-phase 380V, so no servo transformer is needed.

 

(2) In terms of software, the independently developed PC software, friendly programming interface, and clear monitoring screen make it possible to operate the machine without the need to master the CNC system. The programming software can be installed independently of the host computer and can be installed in any office computer for off-site programming, direct copy or transmission to the device through the network.

 

(3) Unique remote diagnosis and maintenance system

With the gradual entry into the era of industrial 4.0 intelligent manufacturing, we have developed remote monitoring and diagnostic functions (the industrial router) for the device. This feature is based on latest internet technologies such as 4G, cloud servers, and VPN networks. This function is committed to responding quickly to customer after-sales service requirements, judging or resolving equipment failures at the first time, ensuring customer productivity, and pushing updated equipment software for users. The operation is very simple, just provide one of the following three kinds of internet access (wired, WIFI, 4G network card) and start it.
