Epoxy Resin Pouring Tank For Power Distribution Transformer

The vacuum pouring tank is designed with a pouring valve inside the pouring tank to prevent air from entering the resin during the vacuum pouring process. The pouring valve is 100% airtight, ensuring the quality of pouring.
 

Main process parameters of vacuum pouring tank:
1. Material ratio measurement accuracy ± 3 ‰, control accuracy ± 1% (including vacuum conditions);
Control the fluctuation of material temperature and pouring tank temperature within ± 1 ℃;
2. Adopting thin film degassing technology, the degassing pressure can be set and adjusted between 50Pa and 300Pa;
3. Adopting vacuum casting technology, the working pressure during vacuum can be set and adjusted between 50Pa and 300Pa;
4. Adopting vacuum pressure impregnation process, the working pressure can be set and adjusted below 0.5MPa (optional);
