Compared with traditional hot air circulation drying, ordinary vacuum drying, and low-frequency drying equipment, it reduces processing time by about 1/3, energy consumption by 30% -50%, and the minimum moisture content of the treated insulation material can reach 5ppm. Its equipment investment is only 25% -45% of that of kerosene vapor phase drying equipment. It is currently the preferred drying treatment equipment for transformer manufacturers.
Working principle: By vacuuming, the saturation vapor pressure of water in the environment where the coil insulation material is located is increased, making it easier for it to evaporate from the insulation paper. During this period, it is continuously heated and the temperature is increased to ensure the gasification energy of water, making it easier to discharge.
Features: Ordinary heating and drying start from the surface and gradually move towards the interior of the insulation material. Due to rapid surface drying, the capillary tubes of the outer insulation paper shrink, making it difficult for the internal moisture to evaporate and prolonging the drying time. The variable pressure method intermittently exhausts during the drying process, causing the evaporated water vapor and hot air to circulate together in the tank. Due to the much larger heat capacity of water than air, the heating speed is faster, and the diffusion of water vapor is strong, resulting in a relatively small temperature difference inside and outside the insulation material. In addition, due to the fact that ordinary heating often sets the heating temperature very high in order to shorten the drying time, it is easy to cause the insulation paper on the surface of the coil to become brittle, leading to product quality problems. The heat source temperature of the variable pressure drying equipment does not exceed 115-120 ° C, and the iron core temperature is controlled at 80 ° C, so the dried product cannot have the above problems. Due to this advantage, the variable pressure drying equipment can also be used for drying plastic parts and other high-temperature resistant products.

1. Vacuum drying tank body: There are two types based on usage: circular and rectangular. Circular is generally manually locked for opening the door, while rectangular is electrically and hydraulically locked for opening the door. Heating pipes are distributed inside the tank. 4. Heating system: Generally, thermal oil is used as the heat transfer medium, heated by an electric heater, and forced circulation is carried out using a high-temperature pump. The system can also be controlled by steam heating and pneumatic thin film regulating valves.
5. Condensation system: mainly used to condense the water evaporated from dry objects, protecting the effective operation of the vacuum pump. Generally, small equipment is cooled with water, while large equipment is equipped with industrial refrigerators.
