1, Introduction to the automatic feeding and fixed length cutting production line:
1) It can effectively reduce the labor intensity of operators, improve production efficiency, and avoid safety hazards.
2) Using a 2000kg gantry cantilever handling robotic arm to automatically and continuously feed the servo fixed length feeding machine.
3) Adopting multiple sets of oil resistant suction cups, with high suction force and long service life, effectively avoiding scratches on the board.
4) The servo driven automatic fixed length feeding machine, combined with automatic hydraulic clamps, can accurately feed and cut the cutting machine according to the set size.
5) The user can control the touch screen to switch between automatic feeding mode and manual feeding mode, suitable for different working states.
6) The moving parts of the equipment are driven by high-speed and high torque servo motors, combined with original imported linear guides, which have fast running speed and high positioning accuracy.
Automated sheet metal flexible equipment is particularly suitable for large-scale flexible production. It plays a very important role in stabilizing product quality, improving production efficiency, improving labor conditions, and rapidly updating products.
2, Technical parameters of automatic feeding and fixed length cutting production line:
1)The overall dimensions of the automatic feeding and cutting section are 10.5M in length * 7.5M in width * 4M in height.
2)The vacuum suction cup adopts multiple sets of suction cups, and each set of suction cups can be manually adjusted in position. Equipped with independent opening and closing valves, various vacuum suction cups can be opened and closed as needed, facilitating the transportation of plates of different sizes and specifications.
The front section of the suction cup holder is equipped with a pneumatic splitting function, which allows for automatic splitting of plates below 2MM, limiting the need to absorb multiple plates at once.
3) The handling robot is suitable for high-speed handling and loading of plates with a maximum width of 6M * 2M and a weight of less than 2000kg.
4)The plate is transported using a gantry type cantilever manipulator, and both the lifting and swing arms are driven by a servo motor through a precision reducer. The total lifting stroke is 1.2M, the total translation stroke is 5.4M, the lifting speed is 5-12M/min, and the translation speed is 10-40M/min, which is infinitely adjustable.
5)The servo feeding is equipped with a pneumatic clamp with a push rod, with a fixed length speed of 30M/min and a repeated positioning accuracy of ± 0.5mm.
6)The cut boards are transported out of the cutting machine through a high-speed cutting conveyor and automatically stacked by a hydraulic elevator. The maximum stacking width of the hydraulic elevator is 500mm * 6000mm, the minimum stacking width is 100mm * 6000mm, and the maximum stacking height is 550mm. (If the cutting width of the board is less than 100mm * 6000mm, and the stacking requirements cannot be completed due to board reasons, a receiving truck can be placed in the stacking area and transported by a conveyor to the receiving truck to form a cutting material.)
7) The equipment needs to be equipped with a 380V40A AC power supply and a compressed air source with a working pressure of 0.6MPa.
8)The working environment of this machine should meet the indoor environment with a relative humidity of less than 75%, no flammable, explosive, strong electromagnetic interference, no corrosive gases, no liquid splashing, and good lighting.
3, The composition of the automatic feeding and fixed length cutting production line:
The automatic feeding and fixed length cutting production line consists of a 2000kg gantry cantilever handling manipulator, multiple sets of vacuum suction cup holders, servo fixed length feeding machines, pneumatic pallets, discharge conveyors, hydraulic lifting and stacking machines, pneumatic systems, CNC control systems, etc. The entire machine adopts European design concepts, with a stable structure, practical aesthetics, and easy maintenance.
The Cartesian coordinate system motion system of the 2000kg gantry cantilever handling manipulator is driven by the servo motor through the precision reducer for translation and lifting. To avoid the gantry beam from bending due to gravity deformation during long-term operation, 16Mn alloy steel with excellent rigidity and toughness is used for manufacturing. The entire set of welding is subjected to vibration stress relief treatment and processed by a large CNC gantry milling machine. Good rigidity and high accuracy.

The suction cup group adopts multiple sets of PFG-150-N type oil resistant suction cups with a diameter of 150mm (a single suction cup can generate a suction force of 100kgf under a vacuum pressure of -0.06mpa), which can suck up metal sheets with a maximum width of 2000mm * 6000mm and a weight of 2000kg. The suction cups are evenly distributed on the suction cup frame composed of thick walled steel pipes and can be adjusted in a certain position. The suction cups at different positions can be closed by opening and closing the shut-off valve, in order to
Automated loading of plates with different sizes. The suction cup holder is equipped with a pneumatic splitting cylinder, which can prevent multiple sheets of materials below 2mm from being loaded at once. The vacuum system is equipped with a power outage protection device. If there is a sudden power outage during work, the suction cup can also hold the board for a certain period of time, making it convenient for employees to safely remove the board and prevent it from falling and causing damage to the equipment.
The servo fixed length feeding machine is a traditional product of our company, which has functions such as multi size setting, high-speed feeding fixed length, and the last sheet being fed through the blade. The overall framework adopts 345 steel pipe welding, vibration stress relief treatment, and large-scale CNC gantry milling processing. The interval type pressure plate roller clamp is installed in front of the cutting edge of the cutting machine, and hydraulic clamps are used. The clamping force of each group of clamps is greater than 100kg. The clamps are driven by a large inertia servo motor, imported ball screws, and linear guides, which have the advantages of fast feeding speed and high positioning accuracy. The workbench adopts the installation of universal rolling balls to reduce the running resistance of the board and reduce scratches on the board.
The clamp is equipped with a telescopic push rod, and when the clamp approaches the cutting machine, the remaining sheet can be sent through the telescopic push rod to the cutting edge of the cutting machine.
The high-speed lifting conveyor for discharge adopts a wear-resistant conveyor belt. When the conveying line speed is 30M/min and the board is cut normally, the receiving plate extends forward, and the cut board is transferred out of the shearing machine through the conveyor. A swing arm press roller is installed at the end of the conveyor.
The stacker adopts a hydraulic lifting trolley structure (similar to the structure of a three-dimensional warehouse lifting material truck), equipped with electric
Mobile stacking and discharging truck. Sturdy and stable structure.
The maximum stacking width of the stacker discharge trolley is 500mm * 6000mm, and the minimum stacking width is 100 * 6000 with a rated load capacity of 3000kg. The hopper car is driven by a reduction motor for forward and backward movement, with a stroke of 900mm. The lifting and lowering of the palletizing trolley is driven by hydraulic pressure, with a lifting stroke of 400mm and a maximum stacking height of 550mm.
The palletizing machine is equipped with two silos controlled by motors for front and rear transmission. The front silo places the first blade edge aligned plate material and the last blade tail material, while the rear silo performs material stacking and palletizing.
The control system adopts an intelligent digital control system consisting of an original imported Weilentong touch screen and an Omron CNC controller. During automatic operation, simply press the "Start" button to achieve automatic sheet loading, automatic length feeding and cutting, and other processes. The operation is extremely simple. The control system has complete detection, fault self diagnosis, alarm, and protection functions. Other functions such as debugging, setting, and manual are all integrated on the touch screen, which is very intuitive.
