This equipment planning area (only equipment area, excluding artificial position and material, cutting cache position, etc.): length =8meters , mainly using robot special rail (1 set), slide (1 set), 6 axis welding robot and its control system (1 set), welding source (1 set), clear gun station (1 set), welding torch (1 set), etc.
The welding robot in the workstation adopts the formal installation mode, cooperating with the servo motor to drive the slide platform to complete the welding of the workpiece. The equipment is equipped with three fault alarm instructions: red (equipment alarm or fault), yellow (equipment pause) and green (equipment is running), and is installed in the obvious position of the equipment. The operator can know the current system status. The equipment is equipped with emergency stop switch in many places, which can immediately stop any work of the equipment in emergency. The equipment is provided with a safety grounding system.

The workpiece is first manually spot-welded, and then welded by the robot. The seven-axis ground rail type single machine workstation is more suitable for welding the workpiece with large length. Through the system software, the welding seam free programming operation is realized. The software operation is simple, and the learning is easy to use. Women workers can operate the robot for welding work after 7 days of learning. The robot finds the weld through the line laser to accurately find the starting point of the weld. Self-developed arc tracking process to ensure the effect of welding forming, non-welders can easily operate;
process library supports mature fine tuning to ensure perfect welding effect.
