1, Technical requirements:
1) The designed rigidity of the machine tool can reach s30408 / SUS 304 / 2B -- 8mm stainless steel dish cutting and shrink processing;
2) The pressure cylinder support is cantilevered structure, and the left and right space are separated (it is recommended to use X-shaped structure fuselage), and the rigidity is required to meet the requirements of national standards;
3) The double station shrink, and cutting machine of inner and outer dish is suitable for processing 3000mm dish, meeting the technical requirements of the product drawings of the buyer, and adopting two shrink forming;
4) There is an auxiliary material receiving cylinder (the auxiliary material receiving cylinder meets the requirements of centering and leveling functions and is in the falling state after power failure). The robot transports the workpiece to the auxiliary material receiving cylinder, and the cylinder descends to put the workpiece into the necking station. When the jacking cylinder is lifted, the workpiece center is about 300mm high;
5) The spindle center is equipped with a jacking cylinder, which is convenient for loading and unloading workpieces

3, Equipment configuration requirements:
1) Electrical control part:
Delta series PLC control, plus Delta (or vinylon) touch screen, simple operation and stable performance. The machine body is equipped with emergency stop buttons, which are respectively arranged in the control box and the machine, and equipped with leakage protection appliances. PLC expansion space is reserved in the electrical cabinet (the number of PLC input / output control points shall be no less than 5 points each). The relay adopts Schneider brand.
