The head mould / water/ milk tank,is a professional processing equipment for the dish. In the head mould/die, a reasonable structural design is adopted, with the following characteristics:
1. The head mold has only 6 pieces, and both the punch and the concave mold are made of cast steel. After casting, only a small amount of processing and surface hardening can meet the design requirements.
2. The small fillet transition is adopted in the die design; in order to increase the blank holder force to prevent wrinkling and to take into account the larger elongation of the required parts, the small fillet radius is adopted, so the fillet part of the head die is smooth.
3. Head die clearance adopts small clearance, in order to ensure the shape and size requirements of parts, in the design of punch and die clearance, according to the unilateral clearance equal to the material thickness but not exceed the material thickness, in order to ensure the correctness of the part shape.
4. The lubrication of the head mold is simple. When this part is extended and lubricated, it is heated with concentrated soap and blended with engine oil to form a blending liquid and then sprayed on the round corner of the secondary concave die and the upper surface of the blank (i.e. the contact surface with the concave die mouth) to form a soap blending layer on the surface of the blank, and then stretched.
The forming die for the dish is an important part in the processing of the dish end. In the head mold, its whole structure design is reasonable, and in use, it has high efficiency. In addition, when the head forming die is processed, the quality requirement is higher, so the versatility is stronger.
The dimension and shape accuracy, physicochemical and mechanical properties, apparent quality and so on have very important influence in the head molding mold; secondly, in the production process, the mold structure has a great influence on the operation difficulty and production efficiency. Minimizing manual labor in mold opening, closing and stripping process can greatly increase production efficiency.
Therefore, in order to reduce the cost, the head mold design should be as simple as possible, and through continuous innovation, so as to meet the development of the times.
